Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Burlington, IA is hiring bartenders to join the front-of-house team. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, take orders, and create a fun, social guest experience.

You’ll ensure proper ID checks, manage bar inventory, and work in a fast-paced environment. Prior bartender experience is a plus, but training is offered. Minimum 21 years old and alcohol service certification required.

• Bartending or restaurant experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take food and drink orders from Guests at the bar.
• Engage with Guests and create a fun, social experience.
• Recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area.
• Check identification to ensure Guests meet minimum age requirements for alcohol.
• Replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol when necessary.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures.
• Collect and accurately process guest payments per SOPs.
• Take food and beverage orders from serving staff or Guests.
