Job summary

Cheba Hut in Denver is seeking a Part-Time Variable Hour Bartender to manage daily bartending, line, lobby, and patio duties. You will work with the MOD, Bar Manager, AGM, and GM to meet standards and uphold liquor laws while creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Expect responsibilities around opening/closing, event coordination, and customer-first service. The role includes serving drinks, handling deliveries, and promoting daily specials within a high-energy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all liquor laws.
• Give every customer the Cheba bar experience they deserve.
• Serve drinks as needed.
• Receive all liquor and beer deliveries and file invoices.
• Put away deliveries and keep area organized.
• Complete opening, shift change, closing, and cleaning checklists.
• Complete prep list as needed.
• Coordinate with bar manager/GM on events.
• Promote and sell daily and happy hour specials.
• Keep menus, pricing, and chalk updated.
• Check the bar log to catch up on what you missed.
• Cut off customers who exceed limits.
• Offer water, food, and a ride for any customer who should not drive.
