Job summary

CheBA Hut in El Paso is seeking a skilled Bartender to craft cocktails and beverages, deliver exceptional service, and help maintain a welcoming, community atmosphere.

You will manage bar operations, handle inventory, ensure safety and sanitation, and collaborate with the kitchen to create the CheBA experience. Prior bartending experience and a strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven bartending experience and knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain integrity.
• ServeSafe and TIPS alcohol safety certifications are preferred.

Job Title: CheBA Hut Bartender

CheBA Hut is seeking a skilled and creative Bartender to join our team. As a CheBA Hut Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting unique and refreshing thirst-quenching recipes for our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about mixology and has a strong knowledge of bar operations. Bartenders are expected to provide the best possible service and encourage a friendly community vibe. CheBA Hut is open until 1:00AM on Friday and Saturday.

Required Experience, Skills & Abilities:

• Proven experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrate self-direction
• Demonstrate "heads-up". Keep your head on a swivel and be aware of your surroundings
• Alcohol Service Safety certifications (ServeSafe, T.I.P.S)
• Team-oriented attitude

Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs (lifting/pushing/pulling inventory/kegs)
• Stamina to work a 10-hour shift
• Ability to work under mentally and physically stressful situations
• Ability to work in team environment with high levels of collaboration
• Must be comfortable with marijuana themed culture
