Job summary

Hilton Mystic in Mystic, CT is seeking a Bartender to craft and serve a variety of beverages, delivering friendly, memorable guest experiences in a welcoming atmosphere.

You’ll work with the bar team to maintain cleanliness, follow recipe standards, and ensure safety and compliance with alcohol laws. Requirements include TIPs certification and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be of legal drinking age in Connecticut.
• TIPs certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests according to recipe standards.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and inventory.
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with all safety and alcohol serving laws.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar.
