Job summary

Compass Group USA, operating as Bon Appétit Management Company, is hiring bartenders at Wabash College in Crawfordsville, IN. Qualifications

• One year of bartending experience.
• A prior liquor license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages in the bar area in a friendly, courteous, timely manner.
• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up assigned bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, and bar supplies.
• Maintains stock and quality of garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Greets guests and processes drink orders, using standard recipes and prudent portion control.
• Checks IDs to verify age and eligibility to purchase alcohol.
• Keeps the bar area clean and organized.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
