Job summary

Meddys is hiring for a team-focused role at our Oklahoma stores. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver meals, bus tables, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied with fast, friendly service in a clean, welcoming environment.

We value reliability, ability to work nights and weekends, and knowledge of food safety and Aloha POS. The role offers opportunities to grow within our expanding Meddys brand across the region.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in the region if needed.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage with care to prevent foodborne illnesses.
• Deliver orders to guests and bus tables.
• Provide drinks refills and table service.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, restrooms, patio, tables, bar, expo area.
• Explain complimentary pita bread to dine-in guests.
• Ensure food meets brand standards.
• Fulfill complete orders in a timely manner with prioritization.
• Deliver exemplary customer service at the ordering counter and greet guests.
• Welcome guests with 'Welcome to Meddys' and bid farewell on departure.
• Work with a culture of excellence, growth and candor.
