Job summary

Dave & Buster's in Missouri is seeking an experienced Bartender to craft cocktails, pour beer, and serve guests with a high level of hospitality. You will know the menu inside and out, help with food pairings, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.

Role requires a minimum of 6 months bartending, 21+ with alcohol certification, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Expect teamwork, fast service, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of bartending experience.
• 21+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Comply with the company uniform standards.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (subject to business needs).

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Showcase beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate guests' needs.
• Adhere to local and state alcohol laws and policies.
• Process payments and invite guests back to the venue.
• Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe bar environment.
