Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Knowledge of spirits, beers, and mixers; ability to create and recommend cocktails.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including beers, cocktails, and mixed drinks.
• Interact with guests to understand preferences and ensure a pleasant experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Follow food and beverage safety guidelines and regulations.
