Qualifications

• Properly checking I.D.s – for guests who appear to be under 30 years old.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Stocking liquor, beer and glassware throughout the shift.
• Maintaining proper product pars – through bar pulls & inventories.

Responsibilities

• Make drinks to spec recipes.
