Job summary

Dodge Ridge Corp. is seeking a Bartender to professionally serve guests and assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. This tipped position requires knowledge of bar items, accurate cash handling, and California Food Handlers Card.

You will be responsible for setting up the bar, stocking, serving beverages, and supporting events and parties while adhering to policy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess RBS certification.
• Be able to work during events and parties.
• Operate the P.O.S. system accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a California Food Handlers Card is required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate an on-going commitment to delivering excellent customer service. This involves interacting with guests in a courteous manner and being able to answer questions knowledgeably and professionally.
• Accurately handle cash and card transactions.
• Set up and prepare a bar area for service daily and close the bar area daily.
• Stock and rotate kegs and maintain a clean bar area.
• Check I.D. and know the criteria for refusing services to anyone and comply with all company policies for alcohol sales and services.
• Be knowledgeable of menu items and prices and be aware of current offerings at Dodge Ridge.
