Job summary

Golden Nugget Las Vegas is seeking a Bartender to deliver outstanding guest experiences with professional service. You will prepare beverages to spec, engage guests, and support a well-run shift by maintaining stock and handling cash accurately.

The position requires a minimum of 6 months bartending experience, strong communication, professional appearance, and the ability to work varied shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Team player attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Six months of Bartending experience
• Record of delivering exceptional guest experience
• Effective communication skills
• Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours
• Team player with a guest-first attitude
• Minimum age of 21 years old

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
• Discover guest needs and suggest beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals
• Be the master of the bar, understanding all aspects to promote a well-run shift by proper preparation
• Maintain par levels of stock and supplies, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, barware, etc.
• Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies
