Pay Rate: $16.00/hour plus tips opportunity.

Position: Bartender

Purpose: Welcome guests, take and deliver orders timely, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide menu, pricing, and allergen information.
• Cultivate regular guests and encourage repeat business.
• Take and enter orders accurately into POS.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and per specifications.
• Replenish stock during shifts.
• Move furniture as directed.
• Verify guest age (21+) before serving alcohol.
• Assist food servers and follow drink recipes.
• Organize and prioritize service tasks.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Follow safety, health, and liquor laws.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Process payments and close checks accurately.
• Report equipment issues and safety hazards.

Additional Tasks:

• Clean spills, manage trash, and ensure proper cash handling.
• Monitor guest intoxication and refuse service responsibly.
• Complete assigned duties and report incidents.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma preferred.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and state work cards.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with POS systems and alcohol service.
• Strong knowledge of beer and spirits.
• Effective communication skills in English.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

Work may be indoors or outdoors, in a fast-paced environment, with varied shifts. Physically, you should be able to walk, stand long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform other physical tasks as described.
