Trivoli Tavern is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Bartender to join our team.

Experience & Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
• Passion for excellence and superior service standards
• Strong food and beverage knowledge with a desire to learn
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and move throughout shifts

Responsibilities

• Stock and set up stations before and during service, including opening duties
• Provide genuine, consistent service and create personal connections with guests
• Prepare cocktails per Hogsalt Beverage Index; serve wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to standards
• Guide guests through menus, recommending food and drinks thoughtfully
• Ensure satisfaction with food courses and proper food course serving
• Collaborate with team members and leadership for smooth service
• Address guest needs promptly and communicate issues to leadership
• Follow safety protocols, including allergy and dietary restriction procedures
• Collect proper payment from guests
• Complete closing duties, including financial checkout and cleaning
• Execute all Steps of Service according to Hogsalt standards
