We are seeking a friendly, courteous, and reliable individual to join our team at Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa, specifically for the renowned Crow's Nest Steakhouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of whiskeys, bourbons, and cocktails.

Shift details: Full-time and part-time evening shifts, Tuesday through Saturday, including holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in bartending
• Serve Safe Food Handler certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Interact constructively and courteously with guests
• Memorize menu items, answer questions, and suggest options
• Possess proper wine service skills
• Have a good knowledge of bourbon & whiskey (preferred)
• Take orders efficiently and enter them accurately in the MICROS POS system
• Deliver beverages timely and correctly
• Follow recipes and presentation standards
• Process payments accurately
• Complete side work and maintain cleanliness
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines
• Maintain stock supplies and complete opening/closing procedures
• Assist in setup and breakdown of events as needed
• Attend daily line-ups and be punctual
• Contribute positively to the team environment
