Job Description

To serve guests and ensure their complete satisfaction with our pool and bar area.

Responsibilities

1. Have full knowledge of all menus and beverage menus.
2. Have full knowledge of responsible alcohol service.
3. Properly set up and break down the area and service station.
4. Provide high-quality guest interactions—be pleasant, friendly, and polite to everyone.
5. Keep the work area neat and clean.
6. Multi-task efficiently with several guests and duties, maintaining high service standards.
7. Take food and beverage orders from guests.
8. Enter orders into the computer accurately and promptly.
9. Manage walk-up and seated guests appropriately.
10. Prepare beverages for servers from printed tickets.
11. Clean floors and the bar area nightly.
12. Prepare beverages quickly and efficiently following written and visual standards.
13. Follow service standards and best practices consistently.
14. Demonstrate excellent teamwork with other associates.
15. Complete bar and lobby set-up and breakdown side-work.
16. Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Ability to work in tight quarters with others.
• Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Capability to walk, sit, stand, squat, reach, and lean during daily tasks.
• Obtain TIPS Certification prior to hire.
