Responsibilities

• Set up the bar area and prepare/mix beverages.
• Serve customers with a high level of service and maintain bar cleanliness.
• Check IDs to verify legal alcohol age; manage cash/card payments.
• Monitor alcohol intake and refuse service when needed.
• Take orders, present menus, and serve drinks to guests.
• Perform shift opening/closing duties and assist with duties as assigned.
