You will greet guests, prepare drinks and food orders, follow safety and cleanliness standards, and collaborate with hotel teams to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or guest services preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding hospitality and customer service
• Serve both drinks and food
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Empty trash and maintain kitchen and guest areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition
• Assist co-workers and collaborate with other hotel departments as needed
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Respond professionally to guest requests or complaints
• Represent MCHG positively in the community
