Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a motivated Bartender to deliver memorable guest experiences in a vibrant bar setting. You will greet guests, guide beverage selections, and craft drinks quickly with accuracy.

Requirements include 2-4 years of bartender experience, current bartending certification, knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in the latest trends around mixology.
• Descriptive and able to sell drinks.
• 2-4 years of bartender experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them to the bar area.
• Take orders accurately and guide guests through the beverage journey.
• Prepare drinks following standard recipes and portion controls.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Maintain bar setup, stock garnishes, and perishables daily.
• Process orders at the POS and present checks to guests.
• Ensure security of beverages and cash handling as required.
• Address guest concerns to achieve satisfaction.
