Iron Hill Brewery is seeking a Bartender in Wilmington, Delaware to provide exceptional beverage service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for preparing drinks, assisting with food service, and maintaining cleanliness at the bar. Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable alcohol and food handling certifications.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with a variety of people.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages by mixing, pouring, shaking, and/or stirring ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and assigned sections.
• Assist as a server and support other front-of-house operations.
