Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent judgment while serving in adherence to state laws and Iron Hill alcohol policies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable alcohol and food handling certifications.
• Understanding of scheduling, POS, and reservation systems.
• Accurate payment processing and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs over the waist.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean and efficient work area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages by mixing, pouring, shaking, and/or stirring ingredients.
• Operate beer taps to serve draft beer to guests.
• Take drink and food orders from bar guests and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Prep light fare plates and desserts and expedite food orders as needed.
• Maintain awareness of guest needs and ensure a positive bar experience throughout the visit.
• Function as a Server when needed to support front-of-house operations.
