Qualifikationen

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a bartending role.
• Certification in bartending preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Set up bar with liquor, juices, crushes, additives, soda, etc.
• Keep bar, glasses and cutlery clean and sanitized.
• Ensure guests are of legal age to drink.
• Prepare drinks per bar standards and guest preferences.
• Present the bill and take payment.
• Engage and satisfy guests.
• Monitor for overconsumption and act as needed.
• Lock up and store all beverage and other items, secure cash drops.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
