Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a talented Bartender for The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside, California. The role focuses on delivering memorable beverage experiences, guiding guests through the menu, and maintaining bar operations with a guest-first mindset.

The position requires great communication, a passion for mixology, and 2–4 years of bartender experience. Compensation starts at the posted rate, with growth opportunities at a world-class property.

Qualifications

• Bartender certification or equivalent required.
• 1–4 years of bartender experience preferred.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage bar area setup daily.
• Guide guests through beverage journey with menu descriptions.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Master the bar details to enhance conversations.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Present checks and finalize guests’ bills on time.
• Replenish stock of beer, wine, spirits and garnishes.
• Follow standard recipes with portion control.
• Enter orders into POS and manage guest checks.
