Job summary

Hilton Mystic is seeking a bartender to craft and serve a variety of beverages in a friendly, welcoming setting in Mystic, CT. You will engage with guests, maintain bar cleanliness, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a passion for hospitality, flexible availability including nights and weekends, and a TIPs certification where applicable. Prior bartending experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a bartender preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be of legal drinking age in Connecticut.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• TIPs certified

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests according to recipe standards.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and inventory.
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with all safety and alcohol serving laws.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar.
