Job summary

Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant - Rightlane LLC is seeking a Bartender to provide exceptional beverage service and a welcoming bar experience. • Excellent judgment while serving in adherence to state laws and Iron Hill alcohol policies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable alcohol and food handling certifications
• Understanding of scheduling, POS, and reservation systems
• Accurate payment processing and basic math skills
• Ability to lift 25 lbs over the waist
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean and efficient work area
• Understanding of sanitation and safety procedures
• Ability to work within Iron Hill time standards of service
• Commitment to avoiding waste and respecting company property

Responsibilities

• Bar service and guest experience: prepare and serve beverages by mixing, pouring, shaking, and stirring; take drink and food orders and provide attentive service.
• Bar maintenance and sanitation: keep bar clean and stocked; replenish glassware, garnishes, and prep areas; manage floor mats and housekeeping during shifts.
• Opening and closing duties: restock bar, cut fruit, set up stools; break down bar, store product, and close out sidework on time.
• Team support: assist servers, expo, and other FOH teammates as needed during service.
• Physical requirements: stand/walk 6+ hours; lift 25–40 lbs; reach, grasp, and push/pull items; stairs as needed.
