Job Summary

Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Adheres to liquor laws regarding serving minors and intoxicated guests.
2. Sets up bars; stocks all necessary supplies.
3. Maintains stock and quality of garnishes, juices, and perishables.
4. Greets guests courteously.
5. Takes and processes drink orders; mixes and garnishes drinks.
6. Verifies guest IDs.
7. Detects guest intoxication and acts accordingly.
8. Handles cash transactions accurately.
9. Secures all beverage and cash assets.
10. Maintains cleanliness and organization.
11. Arranges bottles and glasses attractively.
12. Washes and sterilizes stemware.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.
