Responsibilities


WHAT YOU'LL DO

* A bartender will provide high quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings

* Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and do daily cleaning and side work

* Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions

* Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation

* Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork

* Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment

* I.D all guests and monitor beverage consumption as to not overserve

* Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

* A bartender will have an outgoing and social personality

* An eye for detail

* A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude

* A team-player mindset

* Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required

* The ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time. Working long hours may also be required based on business needs. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as necessary
