Job summary

Compass Group USA at Ryan Field is seeking a Concessions Bartender to deliver hospitality in the stadium's concession areas. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, verify guest ages, and assist guests with a welcoming, professional attitude.

Responsibilities include operating POS, restocking supplies, maintaining bar cleanliness, following safety rules, and collaborating with concession staff to ensure smooth event operations.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, standards, and service procedures.
• Verify guest age and identification in accordance with state and local alcohol service regulations.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and accurately process credit card and mobile payments.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings, promotions, and venue amenities to assist guests effectively.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bars, concession areas, and beverage stations throughout events.
• Restock beverages, garnishes, cups, ice, and related supplies as needed.
• Assist with opening and closing activities, including inventory counts, cash reconciliation, and cleaning procedures.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service requirements.
• Collaborate with concession staff, runners, and supervisors to ensure efficient event operations.

Position Title: Bartender - Concessions at Ryan Field

Pay Range: $18.25to$18.25

At Ryan Field, we are building a world-class game day and event experience, and this role is instrumental in creating memorable moments for guests, donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors. The Concessions Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality while preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in designated concession service areas. This position helps create a welcoming atmosphere by providing outstanding customer service, maintaining beverage quality standards, and ensuring responsible alcohol service in compliance with all applicable laws and policies.
