Black Butte Ranch is hiring bartenders for the busy summer season at Robert's Pub on our Big Meadow golf course. We are hiring Bartenders for our busy summer season at Robert's Pub on our Big Meadow golf course. Jobs start in May and end in September/October.

Our ideal applicants work best in a fast-paced, casual environment, have at least 2 years of experience working in a full-service bar, and are familiar with a variety of drink recipes. Must be at least 21 years old, have an OLCC permit, and love interacting with all types of people.

Bartenders are responsible for delivering great service to our guests, accurately preparing drinks by following established recipes and processes, ensuring compliance with liquor laws, maintaining a clean and orderly work area, and working collaboratively with the entire restaurant team.

Pay is from $18.50/hr based on skills and experience, plus tips! We're looking for full-time and part-time positions.
