Essential functions and responsibilities may vary by location based on client needs:

Job Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes transactions
• Makes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provides drinks from the service well to servers
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks IDs for minimum age
• Follows cash handling policies
• Prepares and cleans workstations, manages inventory
• Provides excellent guest service, anticipates needs
• Maintains positive attitude with guests and colleagues
• Ensures security of assets

Qualifications include prior bartending experience preferred, knowledge of recipes and trends, ability to obtain required certifications, strong hospitality skills, organizational skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
