Responsibilities

1. Prepare drinks for guests and cocktail servers, maintaining a clean work area, and upholding the highest standards of customer service.
2. Maintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, promptly reporting any incidents to the supervisor.
3. Provide timely service to gaming guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
4. Stay updated on drink recipes and garnishes, delivering top-quality beverages.
5. Process transactions and payments efficiently.
6. Utilize knowledge of garnishes, glassware, and ingredients for drinks.
7. Foster effective communication between shifts for smooth operations.
8. Perform bar back duties with diligence and attention to detail.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Prior bartending experience is mandatory, with a strong understanding of related procedures.
2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, treating all guests with respect and professionalism.
3. Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and efficiency.
4. Friendly, cooperative, and helpful nature to ensure a positive atmosphere.
5. Familiarity with the Cut-Off Procedure and related documentation protocols.
6. Effective communication skills with team members and guests.
7. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends.
8. Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licensing for the role.

Certifications

1. Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License at the Non-Gaming level. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and cover the associated fee.

Physical Requirements

1. Prolonged periods of standing and working on the Casino floor.
2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
