Job description

We are seeking an outgoing and friendly human to join our team at Bourbon and Branch, currently looking for servers and bartender positions.

The Job:

• Delivering high levels of customer service

• Familiarization/ strong understanding of food and drink menu

• Maintaining a clean and organized space

• Fast paced but relaxed environment

• Lunch, late night, and weekend shifts, standing for long hours

You should:

• Be outgoing and friendly, able to maintain a positive attitude

• Be timely, reliable, and consistent (find shift coverage well in advance, avoid last minute call outs with no coverage)

• Be honest and have a high level of integrity

• Work well with others and be a team player

• Have a general understanding of vegan food, knowledge of Whiskey and other spirits, as well as experience in food service industry are all a plus

• RAMP certifications required for bartenders (this can be acquired after starting)

• Have a love for the industry! Respect the bar and take your job seriously
