Responsibilities

1. Welcome guests with a smile, in person and on the phone
2. Provide Aqui enlightened hospitality to our customers
3. Leave a lasting positive impression on our customers
4. Process orders using our point of sale (POS) system
5. Manage credit card orders and cash orders with correct change
6. Deliver orders to customers in a timely manner
7. Manage take-out orders correctly
8. Keep work and customer areas clean and well organized
9. Pleasantly respond to customer requests, suggestions, and complaints
10. Check I.D.s when alcohol is served
11. Maintain a positive and respectful approach with everyone

3. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

6. Must be 18 years or older for Swirltender or 21+ for Bartender
7. Be on time for work every time and follow our dress code

9. Ability to obtain a food handler's card/certificate
10. Successfully pass RBS (Responsible Beverage Service)
11. Ability to stand for long periods of time
12. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
13. Availability to work weekends
