AltaToro is seeking talented bilingual (Spanish & English speaking) Bartenders to join our team.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating unique and delicious cocktails for our guests. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the success of each shift, from initial customer greeting to post-shift follow-up. If you have previous experience as a Bartender, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a desire to be part of a dynamic and growing organization, we want to hear from you.

As our menu is predominantly in Spanish, we require all staff members to possess a base knowledge of the language. While fluency is not mandatory, applicants must be able to communicate in Spanish effectively. We believe that being able to speak the language will enhance our customers' dining experience and help create a more authentic atmosphere. Therefore, we highly value language proficiency in our hiring process and welcome applicants who share our passion for modern Latin cuisine and culture.

Job Details
