Base pay range

$5.75/hr - $5.75/hr

  • Bartender Wage: $5.75/hr plus tips

Bartender Position Summary

Responsible for mixing and serving beverages according to standards, and taking food orders. Alcohol service must be responsible and lawful, following health standards, company standards, and core values, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Essential Functions
  • Greet guests warmly and make personal connections
  • Verify guest IDs and age for alcohol service
  • Manage excessive drinking issues responsibly
  • Inspect bar supplies before shift
  • Prepare garnishes, mixers, and pre-mixed drinks safely
  • Stock bar supplies
  • Follow setup procedures upon opening
  • Mix and serve drinks per recipes
  • Process payments and reconcile cash drawer
  • Use POS system accurately
  • Run and cash out keno tickets
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
  • Report and resolve guest complaints
  • Request supplies as needed
  • Close and clean the bar at shift end
  • Assist with monthly cleaning and maintenance
  • Follow to-go order procedures
  • Adhere to all processes and policies
  • Maintain attendance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Ability to interpret information and perform arithmetic
  • Good communication skills

Work Schedule & Uniform

Shifts vary across day, evening, night, holiday, and weekends based on business needs. Uniform includes provided shirt, name tag, approved jeans, and non-slip shoes. Grooming and appearance must meet standards, with tattoos and piercings appropriately covered or approved.
