Pay Rate: $20.29/hr. minimum, Depending on experience

Shift: Varies

Posting Type: On Call/Casual

PURPOSE

Provide exemplary, first-class food and beverage service to all Guest, while adhering to the standards of Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel. Represent the Casino, Hotel, the Management and Staff in the best, positive light. Work under pressure and always respond positively to Guests while producing high quality alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly. Create and maintain a constantly friendly and professional atmosphere at the bar.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• Bar Setup and Stocking: Ensure bars are set up and stocked before event doors are open.
• Beverage Preparation and Cash Handling: Formulate beverages according to established recipes; serve guests in compliance with MAST and guest service standards; ring up each transaction on the cash register and adhere to accurate cash handling policies.
• Guest Service Execution: Provide all service steps required to create superior guest service.
• Supply Management and Product Quality: Requisition supplies for workstation to maintain necessary pars, and monitor quality of product to comply with health, safety, and over-service of alcohol guidelines.
• Guest Engagement and Product Knowledge: Initiate and establish superior guest service, including recommending drink selections, informing guests of specials, and demonstrating strong product knowledge.
• Alcohol Compliance and Safety: Utilize and implement MAST training to prevent and recognize potential alcohol-related concerns.
• Workstation Setup and Closure: Set up and close workstations in compliance with established procedures.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• One (1) year Bartending experience; previous successful restaurant and/or event experience.
• One (1) year cash handling and knowledge of balancing your bank till.
