West Reading Motor Club in West Reading, PA is seeking a Bartender and Banquet Serving Staff member to join our hospitality team. West Reading Motor Club, located in the heart of West Reading, PA, is seeking a dedicated and professional Bartender and Banquet Serving Staff person to join our team. About the Role

As a Bartender and Banquet Serving Staff at West Reading Motor Club, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. From private events to club gatherings, you’ll ensure every detail is attended to with care and professionalism. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience in the hospitality industry who’s ready to bring their skills to a dynamic and supportive team. This is also an opportunity to improve your bartending skills to then possibly be able to assist us in our restaurant once you have mastered the right skill set. We pay per shift and are happy to discuss the payment structure with you during an interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up bar and banquet spaces according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, and décor.
• Providing attentive and friendly service to guests during events.
• Serving beverages and assisting with food service efficiently and in a professional manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the banquet area throughout and after events.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure events run smoothly and exceed guest expectations.
• Adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
• You must be willing to work as a bartender or banquet staff when scheduled in either roll. The right candidate is willing to be flexible during an event and will be asked to perform both the roll as a bartender and as a banquet staff on the floor serving as required by the flow and timeline of the particular event.
