Peak Beverage is thrilled to partner with Ballyhoo Table & Stage, Denver’s soon-to-open venue that seamlessly blends a coffee shop, cocktail bar, and live performance space. Set to open in Summer 2025 in the vibrant Highland neighborhood, Ballyhoo is more than just a venue—it’s a community hub dedicated to fostering human connection through curated drinks, bites, and a diverse array of live entertainment, including theater, cabaret, music, comedy, and drag performances. This is not your typical bartending role. At Ballyhoo, bartenders have the unique opportunity to potentially showcase their vocal talents by singing during shifts, adding to the immersive and dynamic guest experience. Whether you're a seasoned performer or just love to sing, you can bring your passion for music to life right behind the bar— ** though singing is completely optional**.

We are seeking passionate bartenders who are excited to be part of this unique concept. If you have a flair for mixology, a love for the performing arts, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and tea, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional service in a lively, entertainment-focused environment.
• Collaborate with the team to support live performances and events, contributing to a seamless guest experience.
• Sing and perform during your shifts (optional) , adding to the venue's unique entertainment atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training provided by Peak Beverage to enhance skills and knowledge.
• The duties listed above are not all-inclusive and the job will include other duties as assigned by leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Previous bartending experience preferred in a fast-paced environment, though not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A passion for the performing arts and a desire to be part of a community-centric venue.
• Enthusiasm for performing arts, with a willingness to sing during shifts (optional).
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Physical Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered for this position.
• Must acquire an ABT-specific Alcohol Safety Certification.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Continuous reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying.
• Must be able to safely lift and easily maneuver objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
• May be required to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Candidates must be able to perform all essential duties of the job with or without an accommodation.
