Coma Coffee Roasters in St. Louis is seeking a combined Bartender and Manager to join our team. You will craft high-quality drinks, engage guests, and oversee daily bar operations to help us reach short-term goals.

The position is hourly plus tips, with higher pay for full management focus. We value a friendly, engaging personality, knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, and a commitment to top-tier service and compliance with alcohol laws.

Competenze

• 1+ years bartending and managing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails.
• TIPS or Safe Serve certification is a plus.

Job Overview:

As a Bartender, you’ll craft high-quality drinks, engage with guests, and keep the bar running smoothly. As aManager, you will oversee day to day operations and help us reach our short term goals. We are looking for someone who has experience in both categories. Pay is hourly plus tips. An example would be $14+HR plus bar tips. If you are just managing, the pay would much higher. Its the best of both worlds
