Salary: $16.90 - $17.97 hourly

Position: Bartender (Front‑of‑House Team Member)

What You’ll Do

As a Bartender, you’ll create a lively, welcoming atmosphere while delivering top‑notch service behind the bar.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages
• Take food and drink orders from guests at the bar
• Engage with guests and create a fun, social experience
• Recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
• Check identification to ensure guests meet minimum age requirements for alcoholic beverage consumption and comply with RAS procedures as defined by federal and state laws
• Replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol when necessary
• Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures including tracking waste per company drink specs and Standard Operating Procedures
• Collect and accurately process guest payments per Company Standard Procedures
• Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customer excessive drinking by taking appropriate precautions
• Take food and beverage orders from serving staff or directly from guests

Education and Experience

Required:

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Certification to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy

Preferred:

• Prior bartending experience
• Minimum of two years of related experience or Buffalo Wild Wings experience

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Able to lift and carry items (up to 25–40 lbs)
• Comfortable moving quickly in a busy environment
