Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Chino Hills, CA is hiring for a Bartender (Front‑of‑House) to craft beverages, take orders, and deliver a high-energy guest experience at the bar. You’ll promote drinks and promotions, keep the bar clean, and ensure responsible service while working with a dynamic team.

Ideal candidates are friendly, outgoing, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Prior bartending or restaurant experience is a plus, with training provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Location: 3160 Chino Ave, Chino Hills, CA 91709

Salary Range: $16.90 - $17.97 Hourly

NOW HIRING: Bartenders (Front‑of‑House Team Members)

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages
• Take food and drink orders from Guests at the bar
• Engage with Guests and create a fun, social experience
• Recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
• Check identification to ensure Guests meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages and comply with RAS procedures as defined by federal and state laws
• Replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol when necessary
• Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures including tracking waste per company drink specs and Standard Operating Procedures
• Collect and accurately process guest payments per Company Standard Procedures
• Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customer excessive drinking by taking appropriate precautions
• Take food and beverage orders from serving staff or directly from Guests

Education/Experience

Required

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Certification to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy

• Prior bartending experience
• Minimum of two years of related experience or Buffalo Wild Wings experience

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Able to lift and carry items (up to 25–40 lbs)
• Comfortable moving quickly in a busy environment
