Tc4 & Co Hospitality in Austin is seeking an enthusiastic bartender to provide an exceptional guest drinking experience. You will craft classic and innovative drinks, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation includes hourly pay plus tips, with opportunities for training, growth and advancement. The role emphasizes hospitality, clean workspaces, and a positive attitude in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with guests, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Check guests’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Requirements
