Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, vendors, and guests.
  • Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all patrons.

  • Stock and replenish beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, & related supplies.

The Bartender/Casino Attendant serves as a primary point of contact for customers and plays a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, operating gaming machines in accordance with applicable regulations, handling cash transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.

The successful candidate demonstrates honesty, integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to Mountain View Co-op's values and customer service standards. This position may require working evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Reportsto the Location Manager or other management personnel as designated by the Company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Required:

  • Ability to pass any pre-employment requirements applicable to the position.
Preferred:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Previous bartending experience.
  • Previous casino, gaming, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
  • Experience operating point-of-sale systems.
