Job summary

Mintahoe Inc. is seeking Bartenders to join their team in Minneapolis, MN. This part-time role offers the chance to work at a variety of beautiful venues throughout the Twin Cities. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Work at some of the most beautiful and unique venues throughout the Twin Cities while being part of a team that delivers exceptional events.

Mintahoe Catering & Events is preparing for our busy season, and we’re looking for Bartenders to join our team. From upscale corporate events and elegant weddings to outdoor summer picnics and private gatherings, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences.

This role is ideal for individuals with bartending experience who enjoy a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. You’ll have the flexibility to pick up shifts based on your availability, giving you control over your schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrive on time and prepared for assigned events
  • Set up and maintain bar stations according to event standards and BEOs
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non‑alcoholic beverages with consistency and efficiency
  • Provide a high level of guest service, offering recommendations and engaging professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels throughout the event
  • Follow all alcohol service guidelines and safety standards
  • Complete breakdown, cleanup, and proper storage of bar equipment
Qualifications
  • Previous bartending experience required
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar service
  • TIPS or ServSafe certification preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience

Schedule
  • Day, evening, and night shifts available
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
  • Shifts range from 8‑12 hours and may run as early as 6:00 a.m. to as late as 2:00 a.m.
  • Steady opportunities available during peak season (April through October)
Availability Requirements (April - October)

Scheduling is based on your availability, and team members are expected to meet these minimums. Additional weekday availability is strongly encouraged, and extra shifts may be available based on business needs.
