What we expect

As a Bartender/Server at Boondocks your role is to create a fun and friendly experience for our guests by preparing and serving drinks, taking food orders, delivering excellent and accurate orders, monitoring inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized bar/service area. You will work closely with a team to ensure our guests enjoy every moment, making each interaction enjoyable and professional. Job Responsibilities

·Take and serve beverages and/or food orders placed by the guest.

·Comply with Utah state alcohol regulations and service laws

·Prepare cocktails, wine, and beer orders for bar guests and waitstaff orders

·Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request

·Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol

·Serve food and/or beverages to guests as required

·Clean bar dishes and glassware regularly

·Process payment transactions

·Perform other duties as assigned and/or directed by park management to uphold Boondocks Standards.

Minimum Job Requirements

·Must be 21 years old or older

·Utah On-Premise Alcohol Server Certification

·Ability to operate a POS system and close out orders in multiple forms of payment.

·Basic reading and mathematical skills, handle money and give correct change

·Basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, and be familiar with standard drink recipes

·Attention to detail, strong organizational skills; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions

·Possess good guest relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, and team oriented

·Well-groomed and neat appearance

·Weekend availability preferred.
