Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a Bartender to create warm, welcoming experiences at the bar and behind the scenes. You will craft cocktails, beer, and wine to Firebirds standards and guide guests with menu recommendations.

The role emphasizes hospitality, efficiency, and safe service while collaborating with the team. Flexibility in schedules and ongoing training support career growth, with benefits for eligible team members and opportunities at new store openings.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Guest-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Reliably commute to the venue as required.
• Must be 18+ for Front of House positions.
