Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a Bartender to join our Front of House team in Winston-Salem. You will create a warm, welcoming bar experience, craft beers, wines, and handcrafted cocktails, and guide guests through menu pairings with confident recommendations.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, guest-focused hospitality, and the ability to work 8+ hours, lifting up to 25 pounds, while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Able to stand for 8 hours or more and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Guest-focused attitude with a positive, friendly demeanor.
