Job summary

Aronimink Golf Club is seeking an energetic Part-Time Bartender to deliver exceptional service in a prestigious setting. You will craft cocktails, wine, and beer selections while engaging with members in a courteous, professional manner.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar, handling transactions, and collaborating with the F&B team to create memorable experiences for our members. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• RAMP Certification preferred, but not required. Certification available through the Club.
• Previous bartending experience in a fine dining, country club, or high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and report shortages.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash/credit payments responsibly.
• Provide beverage recommendations based on knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down bar service areas for events or regular service.
• Follow Aronimink's guidelines on responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure a seamless member dining experience.
