Job summary

ASM Global in Wichita and Andover is seeking a bartender to provide beverage service with a positive attitude. The role includes accurate cash handling and assistance with inventory controls during events.

The position requires 21+ years of age, English proficiency, and the ability to pass background/credit checks, with training on alcohol policies. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Knowledge of sanitary practices.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Attend all Company Alcohol and Policy Training Classes.
• Ability to pass background/credit check.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guest and clients in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Ensures proper opening and closing.

• Accurately verify all cash, credit, and liquor inventory.
• Request identification for every guest purchasing alcohol.
• Regular attendance is an essential job function.
• Position requires the ability to work at all Legends Global Venues in Wichita and Andover.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Manager.

This position requires stooping and lifting up to 40 lbs, substantial standing and walking. Agile finger movement to handle glasses, bottles, and cans along with cash register.
