Summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a Bartender at Legends Global/Boeing Center in Tech Port. The Bartender will deliver high‑quality customer service during all events, ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate accounting of all transactions and inventory in line with Legends Global Universal Service Standards and applicable operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and service individual beverage locations.
• Properly handle cash and tickets.
• Enforce all liquor laws and verify all liquor inventory.
• Maintain proper sanitation and safety practices in the work area.
• Provide pleasant and efficient service to customers.
• Report to F&B personnel in the appropriate uniform and assigned location.
• Prepare all beverage items for sale in the station.
• Sell to customers and charge the amount indicated on the Legends Global price list.
• Verify cash register programming according to Legends Global approved sales prices.
• Follow all rules and regulations that apply to beverage operations and the Legends Global Food and Beverage Division.
• Request identification for every guest purchasing alcohol.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be TABC certified.
• Must have the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and normal business hours.

Education and Experience

• High school education desired.
• Basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures.
• Sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money.
• Basic working knowledge of bar operation.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to take directions and effectively perform tasks.
• Proficient in English for speaking, listening, reading, and understanding policies and procedures.
• Capacity to stand and/or walk for long durations.
• Capability to carry and lift up to 50 lbs.

Physical Demands
