Now Hiring: Bartender – Join the Team at Harbor Lights!

Harbor Lights is looking for an energetic and skilled Bartender to bring great drinks and even better vibes to our waterfront venue. If you have a passion for mixology, love engaging with guests, and thrive in a high-energy environment, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Crafting classic and creative cocktails with precision and style
• Checking IDs and ensuring responsible alcohol service
• Processing payments and managing open tabs efficiently
• Keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized
• Engaging with guests, providing recommendations, and delivering top-tier service
• Building rapport with regular customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Assisting with light cleaning duties in the bar, service station, and dining area
• Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-quality, high-volume bar setting
• Strong knowledge of mixology, flavor pairings, and classic cocktails
• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
• Excellent customer service and social skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
